4 Steps to Harmony

1.    For 2 weeks, plan each day to observe Harmony in your garden. Write down what you observed and express gratitude for yourself.

2.    For the remainder of the day, think about what you observed and where the same can be observed in your life. Express gratitude for yourself.

3.    Celebrate that aspect of Harmony somewhere in your life.

4.    At the end of the day ask, “What have I learned?”
